If you're planning a trip to Mexico, we suggest placing your order with us at least 30 days prior to your trip so that you have time to try things on, make sure the sizes are right, and make any adjustments needed before your trip. If sizes need to be exchanged, we're happy to help, and the more time we have to get you replacement items, the better. If you're planning to travel to Mexico within the next 14 days, we will make every effort to get your items to you as quickly as possible, however we cannot guarantee you will have them in time for your trip.

Due to a new Mexican customs law (as of January 2025), all shipments into Mexico now require an RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes) tax ID for the recipient. Hotels and resorts are generally unable to provide an RFC number for guests, which means packages can no longer be sent directly to resorts.
